Concerned about our impact on the environment, we are currently working with an external consultancy to carry out a carbon assessment, with the aim of identifying actions to be taken to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions.
For healthy, sustainable food
Our mushrooms are grown healthily, without pesticides or chemical residues, in a mixture of straw, manure and peat. The production waste, known as champost, is then used as an organic amendment for horticulture and arboriculture in the Pyrénées-Orientales department, thus creating a circular economy. A strong commitment to making tomorrow’s agriculture even better, by enriching and preparing the soils that will produce the contents of our plates. A healthy good for your health !
Quality and freshness
At Maison Vialade, our daily focus is on the quality of our quality of our products. Mushrooms are picked 7 days a week to guarantee optimum freshness. Trays are packed and dispatched the same day, ensuring fast, efficient delivery. We give priority to short delivery routes, respecting a process that takes from picking to delivery minimum time.
