Maison Vialade wild mushrooms are first carefully sorted.
They are then placed on drying trays, in a single layer, to allow good air circulation.
These plates are placed in a dryer, where the mushrooms are dried by circulating hot air at a controlled temperature, generally between 40 and 60°C, for several hours, depending on their type and size.

Once drying is complete, the mushrooms are removed from the dryer and packed in airtight bags or jars to preserve their texture and aromas until use.

In addition to wild mushrooms, we also offer a range of dried sliced button mushrooms, prepared according to the same rigorous process, guaranteeing optimal quality and maximum flavor preservation.
